A Twitch overlay where viewers' rpg.actor characters walk in, sit by the bonfire, and autobattle monsters together.

Sovereign identity, no accounts to create. Works in any channel the bot is in. Live at guildhall.todi.wtf.

1. Streamer adds the scene as an OBS browser source.
2. Viewer links their Twitch and Bluesky via dual OAuth. No impersonation, identity is proven on both sides.
3. Viewer types !join in chat. Their character walks in from off-screen and takes a seat.
4. Trigger an encounter from the admin panel. It pulls a monster from the Monster Database, assembles a party via !fight, and runs a turn-based autobattle using real RMMZ stats.
5. Everyone earns XP, gold, and guild tier. Because characters come from the AT Protocol, stats sync back to each player's own PDS. Their character, their data.
